Services for Adults

Rivers of Hope adult advocates work with any adult experiencing domestic violence regardless of gender, race, religion, and socioeconomic status. Domestic violence can occur between intimate partners, family members, or household members.

Services offered by the adult program include:

  • Crisis intervention through a 24/7 hotline

  • Assistance with filing Orders for Protection and Harassment Restraining Orders

  • Support with navigating the complicated civil and criminal court systems

  • Connecting adults with resources to address immediate safety, housing, food, and medical needs

  • Connecting adults with other community resources to ensure that their needs are being met

  • A weekly trauma-informed support group for female-identifying survivors focused on recovery and guided by client-identified needs

If you would like to connect with an adult advocate to learn more about the work they do call 763-295-3433 or use our contact form.
